JB Exteriors in Waseca, MN has been providing exceptional craftsmanship and service to its customers since 2008. Owner, Jonathan Biddle, has been installing seamless gutter systems across southern Minnesota for over 25 years. We custom design every project using the highest quality materials. Our seamless gutters are fabricated on site and installed by Jon to guarantee a custom fit and maximum satisfaction.

- JB Exteriors is a family owned and operated business. All gutter systems are designed and installed by owner, Jonathan Biddle. Jon has been improving homes in southern Minnesota for over 25 years.
- All gutters are measured and cut on site to guarantee a precise fit and custom look.
- JB Exteriors uses 0.032” aluminum coil which is the thickest aluminum coil that can be roll formed through a gutter machine.
- All gutters are hung using the durable Hangtite™ Hanger inside the gutter. Hangers are spaced every 24”- 28” for maximum strength and durability.
- We use only Rezist® Long-Life Coating, 1000 Hr (SST) Red Rust Protection screws that can endure the harsh MN elements. Broken screws are the leading cause of gutter repairs.
- We use inside and outside strip miters. Strip miters only have one seam compared to box miters that have three. This is important to ensure the miter doesn’t leak as the gutter expands and contracts.
- 3 x 4 inch downspouts are standard compared to others that use 2 x 3 inch. This moves the water to the ground faster and helps prevent clogs. We also use drop outlets to connect the downspout to gutter so that if the downspout is damaged, it won’t tear the gutter as well.
- Custom cut downspout extensions to accommodate landscaping and other needs up to 10 foot. Our standard downspout extensions are cut to 5 foot.
